The INFS strain gauge meter and the INFW commercial weight meter offer exceptional precision, reliability and performance at an economical price.
These meters are compatible with most strain gauge bridge sensors such as load cells and pressure transducers. The built-in sensor excitation is adjustable from 1.5 to 11 V with up to 60 mA current, or a fixed 24 V with up to 350 ohm load cells at 5 V for large-scale applications or be adjusted to 1.5 V for use on small strain gauges in structural analysis applications.
Both the INFS and INFW have full ratiometric input capabilities, which virtually eliminates error due to excitation on a power supply drift. The INFW is certified for commercial weighing applications in the United States and the United Kingdom.
These meters provide both software and hardware lockout configurations which let you define the parameters, from setpoint adjustment to total reprogramming. Users can scale and offset their input signal to any engineering units desired. This is accomplished by the use of an exclusive two-data point method of scale and offset that eliminates the signal error transmitted from a sensor.
